Call for Papers

• All abstracts must be written in English
• Word range: 175-275 words. Abstracts exceeding word limit will be sent back for revision.
• Abstracts should summarize the paper’s substance including research questions,
  background, purpose, methodology, results and conclusions
• Abstracts must be submitted in MS Word
• Font Style: Times New Roman and Font Size 12
• Use a single paragraph without indentation
• At the bottom of the page, write the keywords in a single paragraph. Maximum of 6 words is acceptable
• Include the themes/sub related themes after the keywords
• Send a brief biography with the Abstract using the following format:
  • Full name
  • Designation and Country
  • Biography (Not exceed 50 words)
  • Contact Details
  • Presentation Category (Live Zoom, Pre-recorded video, Poster)
  • Author Category (Delegate, Parent, Student)
  • Name for the Certificate
  • 2×2 photo (Attached on the upper right side of the paper)
• Submission
  • After successfully submitting, receipts acknowledging the abstracts will be sent via email attachments
  • The abstracts will be reviewed for its merit, relevance and clarity
  • Presenters will receive notification of abstract acceptance/rejection one week after receipt
  • Accepted abstract will include time, session and duration of one’s presentation in advance
  • Authors must submit a declaration that the paper has not been published in any scientific journal or presented in any national or international conferences.

• Poster must be in a high quality image
• A pre-recorded video must be submitted explaining the posters
• The Video must be recorded maintaining the following criterias:
  • Video should be within 5 minutes and must be submitted along with the poster
  • Suggested video resolution is 1080p
  • Video must be relevant with the poster submitted
  • Video should have clear audio with no background noise
• Please check the Chat Lounge of Poster Presentation Hall frequently to answer the questions of interested attendees.

• The paper must be written in English

• Write full affiliation of the authors, including country.
• Tables and figures need to be numbered and their references must be in the text.
  Labelling format: Table (1) is Tab.1 and Figure (1) is Fig. 1
• Include references (Times New Roman, font size 12 and in bold)
• The paper must not be more than 7 pages (including the references)
