After your registration, only written cancellation by the conference participant will be accepted by the organizer. Please be guided on the acceptable time frame and the corresponding refund to be returned as indicated below:
We allow a substitute delegate attending in your place at no extra cost in conditions if you:
Provide us a valid reason for not attending the conference
Make a request 15 days prior to the conference
Provide full name and email address of your proposed substitute
Provide receipt of your payment for registration
Registrations that cancelled 60 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund of 75% of the registration fee
Registrations that cancelled in between 60 to 30 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee
Cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to the conference are not eligible for any refund
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants
The discounted registration fees are non-refundable and will be automatically transferred to one of the future AFID Conferences
*The conference organizer will be entitled to cancel the 25th AFID Conference at any time due to organizational, economical or other important reasons.
*If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, the total amount of the registration fee will be refunded.
*Further claims for compensation are excluded.
