English will be the official language of the conference. Papers will have to be written or prepared in English for presentation at the plenary and concurrent sessions. Sign Language Interpreters will be available in all sessions.
Conference Date and Highlights
The virtual conference is scheduled to be held on November 15 – 18, 2021 and hosted by PAFID, Inc. with its official address in Metro Manila, Philippines. The conference time is scheduled by the host country considering the time zone and differences of the local time of participating countries. The Opening Ceremony will be graced by the Honorable Maria Josefina Tanya G. Belmonte, Mayor of Quezon City and Honorable Maria Leonor G. Robredo, the Vice President of the Philippines as Guests of Honor. Plenary and Concurrent Sessions, Kaoru Star Raft Awards, Virtual Visits to Schools and Centers, Cultural Event and AFID Executive Board Meetings are included in the schedule of the program.
Poster Presentation Display
A virtual place will be provided in the conference venue for display of Pictures, Charts, Maps and Posters for each country participant.
Media Messages Chat Board
A Networking Lounge will be provided in the virtual conference venue named “Chat Lounge” for group chats to share views and thoughts with others in the event. One will be able to form lasting connections with attendees, through group chats or one-on-one conversations with optional audio and video calls. Leverage the chat to answer timely questions and nurture interest of participants.
A digital book on Proceedings of the Conference that include abstracts and full papers with the program of activities and directory of conference participants will be made available at afid25.org website.
