Plenary

The time limit for presentation is 20 minutes followed by ten minutes for questions and clarification.

Concurrent

Each presenter will get 10 minutes for presentation followed by five (5) minutes for questions and clarification.

• This option is for participants who would like to record their presentation and play those rather than presenting live at the conference.
• The presenter should record a 20-minute video presentation for plenary session and a 10-minute video presentation for concurrent session and send it to the committee.
• The Technical Committee will play the videos during the presentation slot.
• Presenters must be present during the presentation, especially for the Q&A session.
• Virtual presenters are expected to record a voice-over powerpoint and email it to the committee two weeks prior to the conference at the latest.
• Virtual presenters are still required to submit an abstract and full paper.

• During the virtual presentation, the screen should be split into two parts. The first part will display a live feed of the presenter. The second part will be a shared screen, which will display the slides/video.
• For a flawless presentation session, the presenter is required to:
  • Be online and available 15 minutes before the presentation.
  • Have a reliable and fast internet connection.
  • Test the microphone and video camera.
  • Test the slides/video and make sure they are compatible with a windows operating system.
  • Have a non-distracting environment during the presentation. The surroundings should be quiet and the background as plain as possible.
• Help Desk will be available from November 15, 2021 (9:00 – 11:00 am.; 2:00 – 4:00 pm.) for answering any queries.
